This policy explains what personal data AI Master ("we") collects when you use AI Master, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, name, password (stored only as a salted hash), and, if you add them, company name, tax ID, billing address and country.
- Billing data: records of your payments and receipts. Card, PayPal and crypto details are handled by Stripe, PayPal and NOWPayments; we never see your full card number.
- Usage metadata: for each API request, the time, model, token or unit counts, cost, latency, status, the API key used and the IP address. We use this for billing, abuse prevention and support.
- Cookies: Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser.
What we do not keep
We do not store the content of your prompts or the model outputs. They pass through our servers to the model and back.
Who processes your data
- AI model suppliers, which receive the content of your API requests to generate responses. Each supplier sits in a data zone: Regional suppliers process data in [list the regions, e.g. the EU, Japan and Singapore]; External suppliers process data elsewhere, which can include China and the United States. Your requests only go to External suppliers if you allowed it (at sign-up or under Settings → Data processing); we record when you did. Every request in your usage log shows its zone and region. - Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal and NOWPayments, for payments you choose to make with them.

We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email . We may keep records we are legally required to keep.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and API keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your API keys safe.
International transfers
