This policy explains when you can get money back from AI Master, operated by AI Master.

Requests that fail

You are not charged for requests that fail because of an error on our side or at the model provider. This happens automatically.

Unused credit

• You can ask for a refund of unused, purchased credit within [30] days of the payment. We refund to the original payment method.
• Credit already used for requests cannot be refunded.
• Payment processing fees and welcome or promotional credit are not refundable.
• Crypto payments are refunded in [USDT or the original coin] at the US dollar value of the unused credit on the refund date, minus network fees. Bank transfers are refunded minus any bank charges.

Billing mistakes

If you think you were charged incorrectly, tell us within 60 days with the request ID or receipt number and we will investigate and correct any error.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. When a payment is disputed we remove the matching credit and pause the account until the dispute is resolved.
