Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

These terms govern your use of AI Master (the "Service"), operated by AI Master ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

AI Master gives you API access to third-party AI models (for example language, embedding, image and speech models) through one OpenAI-compatible interface at https://www.aimaster.cloud/v1. The models are run by our infrastructure partners ("suppliers"), each in a data zone described in the documentation. We send your requests only to suppliers in zones your account and API key allow, and may switch between allowed suppliers to keep the Service available. Models, features and prices can change; we will try to give notice before retiring a model you use.

2. Your account and API keys

3. Prepaid credit and payment

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, create or distribute malware, generate content that sexualises minors, harass or defraud people, or to overload, probe or get around the limits of the Service. You must also follow the usage policies of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you and your end users use the outputs.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the inputs you send and the outputs you receive. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service. We do not store prompts or outputs beyond what is needed to deliver each response. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing. AI outputs can be wrong or inappropriate; review them before relying on them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for us or others, or have unresolved payment disputes. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. [Add dispute resolution terms.]
